About Obsidian Expanse

Obsidian Expanse is a community of engineers, scientists, and builders working through the open problems of star colonization — in public, one thread at a time.

We don't have this figured out. Propulsion, habitats, life support, astrogation — these are open, hard problems, and we're working them the way any community does: by asking questions, sharing what we know, and building on each other's thinking in the forum.
